- 11am on Dec 31 to 1am Jan 1
- 11am to 11:45pm Saturday & Sunday Immediately Preceding Memorial Day
- 11am to 11:45pm on June 29 and 30 and July 1,2,3, and 4
- 11am to 11:45pm on July 5th only if the date is a Friday or Saturday
- 11am to 11:45pm on the Saturday & Sunday Immediately Preceding Labor Day
